Our Values

Three commitments that guide our pathways to success

Living Examples Inc. is a community rooted in faith and mutual support. Our values reflect who we are and how we operate. They shape our gatherings, our partnerships, and our commitment to uplift those around us. Grounded in faith. Grounded in people. Grounded in action.

Value 01

Rooted in Purpose

We believe in clear direction and intentional living. Our mission-Pathways to Success-guides everything we do. We don't chase trends or settle for surface-level change. We are committed to building lasting foundations that help people move forward with confidence and clarity.

That commitment shows up in how we gather and grow together. Our Friday gatherings at noon bring our community together to learn, reflect, and support one another. We open with intention and close with action. Those who gather with us explore what it means to pursue real, meaningful progress in their lives and relationships.

We are not interested in quick fixes. We are interested in sustainable growth, and that means staying true to principles that stand the test of time. When we face obstacles or uncertainty, we return to our core values to remember what matters most and who we're called to serve.

Value 02

Rooted in Community

Living Examples Inc. is not a place we visit. It is a family we belong to. Our community is built on genuine connection-people who share meals, open homes, carry one another's burdens, and cannot be understood apart from one another.

That picture still shapes us. Fridays at noon are how we gather together, but they are not the whole of our week. Most of our real life happens in living rooms and at kitchen tables, where we read Scripture, pray for one another, and tell the truth about what is actually going on at home and at work.

Hospitality is not a program for us. It is a posture. We try to be the kind of community where the new person gets welcomed warmly, where the family in a hard season receives support without having to ask, and where nobody is left to walk their path alone.

Value 03

Rooted in Service

Living Examples always moves outward. What we have received freely, we give freely, and that calling does not stop at the edge of our property line. A community rooted in faith that only takes care of itself has forgotten what it is for. Our city is our neighbor, and our neighbor is our charge.

For us that means showing up in the ordinary places where need is already present. We partner with the Church of the loving GOD food pantry distribution to serve our community with dignity and care. We believe in meeting people where they are-with direct support, genuine presence, and help that asks nothing in return. We keep a quiet care fund so members can help neighbors with groceries, utilities, and essentials without anybody having to know who helped.

None of this is glamorous, and that is the point. We are not chasing impact metrics. We are trying to be the kind of family that shows up with food, helping hands, and an open heart when somebody nearby is having a hard week. That is what grace looks like with shoes on.
